About Let's Get Real on Diet
One thing is
for sure: Diets don’t work, or to be more precise, they don’t work long term. If they did, with all the diets on the market
today, we would be the thinnest nation in the world and we are
not.
The reason most
diets fail is because they forget one simple fact: Your current eating habits are deeply
ingrained into your brain and you can’t just change them overnight like most
diets expect you to.
At Olympus we
have a very simple approach to healthier eating that produces a long term success rate on weight loss that
no diet comes close.
My approach is
simple but very effective. In my 16
years in the weight loss field I have identified 14 eating rules which will make
the biggest difference in your weight and in your health. First we will go over your current eating
habits and identify the eating rules you are missing. Once we have done that, we will help you apply one new eating rule into your life at a time. Once you have gotten used to the new eating
rule, we start on a new one and so on. That’s
it.
Because we
only make one small change to your eating habits at a time, you will have a
much easier time making the change.
Before you know it, you will be losing weight and feeling great, and
more importantly you will not be feeling deprived or overwhelmed, like you do on most
diets. You might even enjoy the process.
What I have
found is that most people only need to apply 2 to 4 of my eating rules before
they start losing weight. I still advise
my clients to try to apply most of the eating rules into their life because it is
not just about losing weight, it’s also about improving your health.
How You can Join our Unique Program
It’s very
simple. First you schedule an initial 30
minute consultation with Stavros. During
this consultation we will go over your current eating habits and see which of
the 14 eating rules you are missing. Once
we have identified the eating rules you are missing, we will pick one rule and
start working on incorporating that rule into your life. That’s it!
For each rule
we have a small booklet that will help you keep track of your progress of
applying that rule into your life. Once
you have successfully applied that rule into your life, you schedule a new 30
minute consultation with Stavros at which you will pick a new eating rule to
work on. Some eating rules are easier to
incorporate into your life than others.
Usually it takes between 2 to 4 weeks to successfully incorporate an
eating rule into your life.
Because of
the way we approach changing your eating habits, you don’t require as much
willpower as you do with following a diet. You will not feel deprived and you
will not have as many cravings as you do when you follow a diet. The most important benefit of our approach is
that the new eating habits eventually become automatic so weight loss becomes
automatic. Once you have achieved your
goal weight, you will not need to worry about regaining the weight back,
because with our method the new eating habits you applied into your life in
order to lose weight would be a part of your life and you would be following
them effortlessly.
