Stretching and Daily Life
Stretching is important for people of all ages.  As you age, your muscles tighten and range of motion in the joints can be minimized.  This can put a damper on active lifestyles and even hinder day-to-day, normal motions.

Tasks that used to be simple, such as zipping up a dress, now become extremely difficult.  A regular stretching program can help lengthen your muscles and make daily living activities easier.  Stretching can help you increase your range of motion at any age.


Stretching For Sports

Flexibility plays a significant  role in sports especially golf.  Not having a flexible core could severely hinder your golf swing.

Scheduling a Session
Sessions are 30 minutes and are instructed by certified health and fitness professional Alyssa Guastella.

Investment: (prices do not include the sales tax)
Private

1 session per week - $40
2 sessions per week - $36 each

Semi-Private

1 session per week - $25
2 sessions per week - $22 each
