According to IDEA (International Association of Fitness Professionals) only a small percentage of people exercise regularly. What is worse is that only 25% of those people who exercise achieve their goals. Within that small group who achieve their goals, 90% use personal trainers. Note: All the services we offer below will help you do the same thing. They will help you develop the habits that will get you the body you want. The main difference between the programs we offer is how much help you will receive from us and the number of people you will be sharing the trainer with. Many people like to start with the one on one personal training type of session and once they have build some momentum with their fitness program, they switch to a Two on One or Group Personal Training sessions to save money. Others like to stay with the One on One type of personal training session because they like their privacy. Either way, you can switch as you like because there are no contracts.
