Yoga has never been hailed for its cardio and calorie burning benefits but now the addition of the kettle bell makes this a whole new ballgame. Your heart and energy systems will be subject to tremendous improvement along with a greater ability to breathe and relax.

Kettle bells have recently grown in popularity among the fitness world for their ability to develop dynamic power that can be applied to real life. The Russian Strongman has far more functional strength compared to the modern day bodybuilder who uses conventional dumbbells/barbells.
