Kettle bell techniques are taught in a safely structured manner designed for maximum progress. The work out is designed to be 20 minutes long warm-up and stretching included. The dynamic full body workout burns calories moving the body the way it has evolved to move.  This routine is about quality/quantity for those who have a tight schedule, limited budget and still want to get great results.
