The reason most people lose their weight loss battle has little to do with not having the right information and a lot to do with not knowing how to apply that right information to their life without getting overwhelmed.

At Olympus, we realized early on that just providing our clients with an effective strength training and aerobic routine, plus a good education on what is proper nutrition, was not enough if we wanted to help them lose weight permanently.  We had to find a practical way to help them make our exercise program habitual.  We had to find a way to help them make proper nutrition their new eating habits and, at the same time, eliminate their bad eating habits.  Well…  after 14 years we did it.

How Our Weight Loss Program Works:
First, we have a consultation with you to go over your current eating and activity habits to determine which of the 3 elements you are missing or are not doing correctly.  This consultation is free and you are under no obligation to join. 

Once we determine what elements you are missing, we create an action plan of how we are going to incorporate the missing elements into your life.  We take into consideration your life style, how many workouts you want to do with us and how many on your own, what equipment you have access to, and of course, your likes and dislikes. 

Your custom action plan is divided into small steps.  Each step builds on the previous one and you never go to the next step until you have mastered the current one.  How fast you move through the steps depends on how busy your life is and how motivated you are. 

Keeping the steps small gives your comfort zone a chance to adapt to the new changes and not get overwhelmed.  Because we try to stay as close to your comfort zone as we can, the chances of getting overwhelmed are very low.  This is one of the reasons why we have such a high success rate with helping our clients achieve their weight loss goal. 

By the time you go through all the small steps of your customized program, exercise and proper nutrition will be second nature.  Remember, only through permanent changes in your life, can you achieve permanent results.
