With our One on One Personal Training we offer our clients two types of workouts:  The Express Workout and the Enhanced Workout. 

 

Few Words About our Strength Training Program

As you might already know, there are a lot of traditions that surrounds strength training. Tradition like you must do 3 sets per exercise to get the most out of the workout, or that you must be sore the next day for the workout to be effective and many more.   One of the things I learned in my 17 years in the fitness field is that traditions are not always right.  Just because something has been done one way, it does not mean that is the only way or even the most effective way.  I know many people believe that in order to get maximum benefits from your strength training workout you must spend at least 45 to 60 minutes on your strength training routine and do it at least 3 times per week.  In addition you must do aerobics at least another 3 times per week of at least 30 minutes each.  Who has the time to spend that much time working out.  No wonder so few people workout regularly.  The fact is, nobody needs to work out that much to get maximum benefits from the strength training or their aerobic workouts.

 

At Olympus we base our workouts on science, not traditions and what is popular.   Did you know that a 15 minute strength training workout done right can be as effective, if not more effective, than a traditional strength training routine which takes over 45 minutes?  Well it is true.  Never mind all the studies that prove it, every day we see the results our clients get through our short strength training routines.

 

Express Workout (length of workout: 30 minutes)

This is a 30 minute session, which includes a unique 15 minute weight training routine, which is as effective as any other much longer weight training routine, and a 15 minute aerobic routine.  This is a groundbreaking workout routine that will revolutionize how busy people workout.   If you are limited in time, or if you have the time but simply don’t want to spend too much of your free time in the gym, this is the best workout for you. 

 

Rates for the Express Workout

The cost per session depends on how many sessions you do with us per week:

$32 per session if you do 1 session per week

$28 per session if you do 2 or more sessions per week


Note:  There are no contracts to sign.  You only need to pay one week in advance.  Sales tax is additional.  If you need help with changing your eating habits check out our one of a kind nutritional program.

 


Enhanced Workout (length of workout: 60 minutes)

This is a 60 minute session, which is made up of 30 minutes strength training and 30 minutes aerobic training.  The 30 minute strength training routine is similar to the 15 minute weight training routine in the Express Workout but the workout is enhanced by adding balance training, to improve your balance and strengthen your ankles and reflex training which will improve your reflexes and your hand eye coordination, which is something we all need to improve.   With this workout we also add additional exercises for people with specific needs like golfers, tennis players or any other kind of sport, or simply need to focus on specific weak areas of their body that need extra strengthening.

 

Rates for the Enhanced Workout

The cost per session depends on how many sessions you do with us per week:


$52 per session if you do 1 session per week

$48 per session if you do 2 sessions per week

$44 per session if you do 3 or more sessions per week

Two on One Personal Training
Two on One personal training session is the same as the One on One Enhanced Workout session with the only exception you will be sharing the trainer with another person.  If you have a friend, a husband or wife, a boyfriend or girlfriend that you could workout with, I would advise it.   Besides the fact that you will be saving money, you will be motivating each other especially for the exercises you are supposed to be doing on your own.

Rates for Two on One sessions
There is only a $10 charge for the second person

1 Session per week:  $62 per session (Cost per person only $31)
2 Sessions per week:  $58 per session (Cost per person only $29)
3 Sessions per week:  $44 per session  (Cost per person only $27)

Need a workout partner to share a trainer with?
If you don't have a partner to share the session, we can find one for you.  We get people all the time that are looking for people to share a session with.   Just let us know that you would like a partner to workout with when you come in for the free consultation and we will make sure to find you somebody.

Free Fitness Consultation

If you are interested in any of our services you are welcome to come in for a free fitness consultation.  There is absolutely no obligation. During this consultation we will go over your fitness goals and help you identify the obstacles that stand between you and your goals.
