Free Fitness Consultation


One on One Personal Training Session
This type of session has two 30 minute segments so the whole session is 60 minutes long.  In the first segment our main objective is teach you one of the most effective  ways to strengthen and tone your muscles using free weights and kettle bells.  The whole first segment takes place in a private fully equipped room with just you and the trainer.
    In the second segment of the workout our objective is to help you complete a very effective aerobic workout using an aerobic machine of your choice.  We have a unique way we approach aerobics which carries a very low risk of burning out.
      Our overall objective of this session is not to just help you get a great workout while you are here, but to help you develop the exercise habit so eventually you will not need us or anyone else to do your workouts.  Exercising has to be done consistently to be effective and the only way to stay consistent with exercising is to make exercise a part of your life.   With this program we will show you step by step how to make exercise habitual and not a chore which you hate doing.     


The Rates for One on One Personal Training:

The cost of the investment depends on how many personal training sessions you would like to have with us per week. 
Note:  There are no contracts to sign for any of the sessions.  You only need to pay one week in advance.  Sales tax is additional.  If you need help with changing your eating habits too, you can include Let's Get Real on Diet.   

1 Session per week:  $52 per session
2 Sessions per week:  $48 per session
3 Sessions per week:  $44 per session

About training with us once per week.  ($52 per session)
If you would like to have one session per week and use us more as a coach, we can do that.  We will develop a program that will help you achieve your fitness goals, you will train with us once per week and we will be advising yo with what you should be doing on your own for the rest of the week.

About training with us two times per week. ($48 per session)
If you would like to have two sessions per week with us, you will not need to do any resistance training on your own because two resistance-training sessions per week is enough for achieving most fitness goals.  Of course you would still need to do more aerobic training on your own, which we will be advising you on how much and how often.

About training with us three times per week.  ($44 per session)
If you choose to have three sessions per week with us, you will definitely not need to do any resistance training on your own, but maybe few aerobic sessions depending on your fitness goals.  Three sessions per week is great for people who have very little motivation and know that they will do very little on their own.  For people with very little initial motivation, I usually suggest to start with three sessions per week and as their confidence and motivation grows, cut it down to two sessions per week.


Two on One Personal Training
Two on One personal training session is the same as the One on One session with the only exception you will be sharing the trainer with another person.  If you have a friend, a husband or wife, a boyfriend or girlfriend that you could workout with, I would advise it.   Besides the fact that you will be saving money, you will be motivating each other especially for the exercises you are supposed to be doing on your own.
Note:  If you need help with changing your eating habits too, you can include Let's Get Real on Diet.

Rates for Two on One sessions
There is only a $10 charge for the second person

1 Session per week:  $62 per session (Cost per person only $31)
2 Sessions per week:  $58 per session (Cost per person only $29)
3 Sessions per week:  $44 per session  (Cost per person only $27)

Need a workout partner to share a trainer with?
If you don't have a partner to share the session, we can find one for you.  We get people all the time that are looking for people to share a session with.   Just let us know that you would like a partner to workout with when you come in for the free consultation and we will make sure to find you somebody.

Free Fitness Consultation

If you are interested in any of our services you are welcome to come in for a free fitness consultation.  There is absolutely no obligation. During this consultation we will go over your fitness goals and help you identify the obstacles that stand between you and your goals. Once we have identified the obstacles that stand in your way, we will be able to determine if we can help you and discuss how.  Burnout, as you know, is a big problem when trying to get in shape.  We have a unique way we approach weight loss and fitness that greatly decreases the chance of burning out.
