An ancient art that is very effective and has been proven to have dramatic results, personalized as a One on One or small group session adjusted to your level and ability.

The benefit of Personal Yoga over a large class yoga session is the ability to customize and progress at your speed. Taken one on one or in small groups of two or three with a personal  yoga trainer, your results will be much more dramatic and happen faster. Yoga is an ancient art that is considered by some as the “fountain of youth”. Proven to increase vitality and induce detoxification, rejuvenate the spine, increase flexibility and tone muscles, correct hormonal imbalances, onset relaxation and improve balance, Yoga is an important aspect of a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.

We have a personal trainer on staff that has spent years studying the ancient art and the psychological connection between meditation with yoga for a well-balanced life. This class will focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques), Hatha and Kundalini yoga, and meditation. We created Personal Yoga to strengthen and balance while also promoting better health and providing an enhancement for all other physical activity. Everyone wants to add years to their life and feel young and rejuvenated, at Olympus we do too. This is not your mom’s yoga. We have done all the research for you and have condensed our knowledge into a powerful new way of adding Yoga to your workout.

If you’re a person who’s interested in being fit then you’re a person who’s interested in Yoga. Practicing Yoga is necessary to experience the best possible work out routine. Without Yoga, you are not reaping the benefits that can’t be gained from just lifting weights or using equipment. 30 minute session

One on One Yoga:                $40 per session

Two person group Yoga:       $20 per session per person

Three person group Yoga:     $15 per session per person


60 Minute Session

One on One Yoga:                $75 per session

Two person group Yoga:       $38 per session per person

Three person group Yoga:     $27per session per person

Schedule

This is personal yoga, so you can schedule your sessions whenever you or the group wants.  If you would like to do 2 or 3 person group yoga but don't have anyone that would like to form a group with you, let us know and we can partner you with some one else.  We have people come in all the time looking for a partner for yoga.
