Most people are only 4 to 5 changes away from losing weight and getting in shape.  Our job as a coach is to help you make the necessary changes in your daily habits so eventually you will not need us to stay in shape.

About Our Weight Loss Coaching

When it comes to losing weight and getting in shape, if it only took having the right knowledge, all it would take to lose weight and get in shape would have been to just read a book.  After all, there are over 16,000 books on diet and weight loss on Amazon, and yet, we are still losing the weight loss battle.  Why?  Because having the right knowledge is only half the solution to the weight problem.  Knowing how to apply that knowledge to your life without getting overwhelmed is the other half.  If you are looking for the complete solution to your weight problem you have come to the right place. 

My name is Stavros Mastrogiannis and I am a 19 year veteran of the weight loss field.   Over the years I developed a one of a kind system to help my clients lose weight and keep it off.  With my system I don’t just teach my clients the exercise that they must do and the type of diet they should be eating.  I teach them how to incorporate exercise into their lives without getting overwhelmed and how to incorporate new eating habits into their lives and at the same time eliminate harmful eating habits, without feeling deprived.  With my system I basically teach my clients how to make exercise and eating right a habit that becomes automatic, just like brushing your teeth.  I would like you to know that the process of developing the right exercise and eating habits is a lot easier than you might think.  Since I introduced my system for permanent weight loss, the results have been simply amazing.  The past few years, have been the most successful years I have had at helping people lose weight and keep it off.

Up until now the only way to learn my unique system, was to join my personal training program. I realized that not everybody can afford a personal trainer, or has the time to meet with the trainer every week. Because I want to make a true difference in as many people as I can, I am offering a new way to join my program and learn my unique system.  We now offer personal weight loss coaching.

How Personal Weight Loss Coaching Works:

The first month you will meet with your personal weight loss coach 3 times.  Each meeting is for only 30 minutes.  After that you will only need to meet with your coach once per month for 30 minutes.

What you will accomplish the first month:

In the first 3 sessions in the first month, our goal is to develop an exercise routine using only exercise equipment you have available.  If you have no exercise equipment available, that is not a problem.   There are many ways to exercise, using little or no equipment.  All the exercises we will teach you, you will also be able to view on video on the Olympus Website.  Besides teaching you the exercises you must do, we will teach you our unique and very effective way to make exercise habitual, almost automatic.  Making exercise habitual is the only way you will stay consistent with your exercise program and as you might already know, consistency is the key to lasting results. 

On the 3rd session of the first month we will start working on your eating habits. Traditionally, the way most diet programs would have you change is all at once, and/or have you eliminate complete food groups (including my favorite, the junk food group).    Because we don’t try to change all your eating habits at once and we do not eliminate ANY of the food groups (including junk food), you will find our approach surprisingly easy to adapt to your life.

2nd Month and beyond

After the first month we will be meeting for a 30 minute private session once per month.  During those 30 minutes our goal is to do 2 things.  Review everything you did the previous month and then set our objectives for the next month.  Once per week your coach will be calling you to provide support and advice and you will be able to email your coach for further support, as needed.

We will continue like this from month to month until you have achieved your fitness goal or you have developed all the right habits and you are well on your way to achieving your fitness goal.

Because you only pay for one month at a time and there is no long term contract, each month you can decide if you still need a coach or not for the next month. 

One Thing You Must Know

Many people believe losing weight and getting in shape requires a lot of effort and hard work.  That is not completely true.  Yes, some effort is required, but I would really like you to know, developing the right exercise and eating habits are a lot easier than you might think, especially with our approach. Changes can be made one step at a time.

My system is so simple, you will find it very easy to do the assignments and make those changes.

How many times have you set a goal, started on your way to achieving your goal and somewhere along the way, you abandoned the process? That has happen to all of us.  Life sometimes just gets in the way.   Most people, who decide to lose weight, get all excited and motivated, tell themselves that “this is it! This happens to most people and is simply human nature.  Very few people have the extraordinary level of self discipline it takes to be exclusively self motivated the first 6 to 12 months of a weight loss or exercise program, especially the way most exercise and diet programs are taught.  Most of us for the first 6 to 12 month on a weight loss program need ongoing, interactive encouragement, support and motivation if we are going to maintain our enthusiasm and really achieve our goal.  This is where a Weight Loss Coach can make a huge difference.
