About Our Online Sustainable Weight Loss Coaching Program
We have taken a very unconventional approach to weight loss, and for a good reason.  The conventional approaches to weight loss are not working, and we know that because if they did, with all the billions of dollars we spend every year on these popular weight loss programs, we should be winning the weight loss battle. We are not, and the critical question is why?  The main reason is because most conventional approaches to weight loss go against human nature. This is why, although most people do lose weight with the conventional approaches to weight loss, over 95% of the end up regaining the weight back.

If you are looking for a sustainable way to lose weight, try my unconventional approach to weight loss.  You will be surprised how simple and easy it is to lose weight and keep it off when you take human nature into account when creating your weight loss program.

How We Are Going To Help You Make All The Necessary Changes
Our online coaching program is based on the kaizen philosophy.   Kaizen is a Japanese word that means “change for better”. Many successful people and companies like Toyota have used the kaizen philosophy to achieve incredible results.  We use the same philosophy in our weight loss method and the results have been equally amazing.

What is great about the kaizen way to weight loss is that the changes are applied through small, incremental steps. The effort required to make the changes is kept to the minimum, so it is very easy to implement into anyone's life, no matter how hectic their life is.   In my 25 years in the weight loss field, I have not seen a method that works better at helping people make sustainable changes in their life than the kaizen way. (Remember, the only way to achieve sustainable results is through sustainable changes in your lifestyle habits, and that is exactly what we will help you do with our online sustainable weight loss coaching.)

Don’t get me wrong, some effort is required.  However, unlike the conventional approaches to weight loss, where the amount of effort required is high and stays high throughout the process, (the main reason why more people can't stick with them long term), my program requires only small amounts of effort, so you don’t need a lot of motivation to follow my system.  In addition, my program is designed to help you develop new healthy behaviors that would put the maintenance of your new healthy body on autopilot, which only needs to be checked every so often.  This is the main reason why, with my program, you will be able to keep the weight off after you lose it, compared to the conventional ways of losing weight.

Which Level of Coaching is Right for You.
Because everybody is different and the amount of support they need is different, I offer 2 levels of online coaching.  With our regular online coaching, all the support is done through email and our app.  Most people find that that is enough to help them stick with the program.  But, if you like more support, you can join our premium online coaching program.  Our premium online coaching program includes 1, one on one live 20-minute consultation with your coach over the phone or Skype every month, with the exception of the first month when you get 2 “live” consultations.

Space is Limited
Because I do all the coaching, I am limited to how many people I can coach, so space is limited, especially for the premium coaching services.  Once all the slots are taken, I will not be taking on any more clients until space becomes available.
