About Our Personal Training

We don’t subscribe to the “no pain no gain” philosophy.  As a matter of fact, that is a philosophy that guarantees burnout or worse, injuries.
We have a 3 step process to help our clients learn all the exercises necessary for the achievement of their fitness goals and also to help them make exercise habitual so they can maintain those results even if they go on their own.  Remember, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, whatever you did to lose the weight, has to become habitual.  That is why we don’t just help our clients to get a good workout, we help our clients make exercising habitual.  Another big difference between us and other personal trainers is that we go beyond just making sure you get a good workout when you come to our facility.  We also work like a coach, so we will be advising you on what else you could be doing on your own between sessions. 

Step 1:  In step one, we teach you the basic exercises essential to your fitness goals.  At this stage, we keep the workout light and simple and we focus on teaching you how to perform the exercise with correct form.  Remember, the first goal of an exercise program is to develop the habit of exercising.  At this step, we want to get you on the right track of doing that.

Step 2:  In step two, once you have learned to perform the exercise correctly and you getting used to working out, we increase the weights so they become more challenging but not to the point that it becomes unbearable.  The fact is, to get results from your weight training workout, all you need to do is challenge your muscles a little bit more than what they are used to.  You don’t need to train your muscle to complete failure to get results.  This also lowers your risk of getting injured.

Step 3:  In step three, we introduce to the workout more advanced exercise and we fine tune the workout to better fit your specific goals.  For example, if you like to play golf, tennis or any other sport, we can customize your workout to help you improve your strength for the specific sport you play.  Of course, what we will do exactly at this step depends highly on your fitness goals and fitness level.


Type Of Sessions We Offer


One on One Personal Training

Each session consists of two, 30-minute segments.  In the first segment, we will conduct the strength training part of the workout which will be customized to your needs and goals.  This segment of the workout takes place in a private fully equipped room.  In the second segment of the workout, we will help you get a good aerobic workout using any of our aerobic equipment.  In this segment of the workout, the trainer will set you up but will not necessarily stay in the room with you.  A trainer is always around to assist in case you need help.  The aerobic segment of the workout is done in a semi-private room.  You might be sharing the room with few other people, but there is never a ground.  The total session is around 60 minutes long.


Cost:  (Sales Tax not included)

$52 per session if you only do 1 session per week*

$48 per session if you do 2 or more sessions per week*


App Option:  ($19 per month)  This is a great option if you only do one session per week with us and you would like additional help with the workouts you do on your own.  This app gives Stavros the ability to monitor the workouts you do on your own.


*Training With Stavros:  There is a $10 additional charge per session to train with Stavros


Two on One Personal Training

In this type of session, you share the trainer with one other person.  Each session consists of two, 30-minute segments.  In the first segment, we will conduct the strength training part of the workout which will be customized to your needs and goals.  You don't need to have the same goals as the person who shares the trainer with you.    The session will be in a fully equipped room with just the two of you and the trainer.   In the second segment, we will help you get a good aerobic workout using any of our aerobic equipment.  In this segment of the workout, the trainer will set you and your workout partner up but will not necessarily stay in the room with you.  A trainer is always around to assist in case you need something.


Don't Have A Workout Partner?  No Problem!
If you don't have a partner to share the session with, we can find one for you.  We have clients all the time that are looking for people to share their session with.  Just let us know that you would like a partner to workout with when you come in for the free consultation and we will find you a workout partner.


Cost:  (Sales Tax not included)
$34 per session per person, if you only do 1 session per week*
$30 per session per person, if you do 2 or more sessions per week*

App Option:  ($19 per month)  This is a great option if you only do one session per week with us and you would like additional help with the workouts you do on your own.  This app gives Stavros the ability to monitor the workouts you do on your own.

Hybrid Personal Training
This is a combination of our online personal training and in-house training.  Is perfect for people who can only do in-house training once or less per week, and they would like additional help with working out on their own.  It’s also an inexpensive way to get full-time support.
The in-house training sessions at our facility are 60 minutes long and include 30-minutes one on one training in a private room and 30-minutes aerobics using one of our aerobic machines.

The online personal training includes an app that allows you to communicate with your trainer and also view videos of the exercises your trainer wants you to do on your own.

Cost: (Sales tax is not included)
$19 per month membership plus $56 per personal training session.  (You must do at least 1 session per month)



3D Nutritional Coaching

This is not your typical nutritional program.  With our nutritional program, you will be changing your eating habits for good, so you will be losing weight for good!

This is not another diet.  This is a groundbreaking approach to better eating habits, unlike any other nutritional program on the market today.  It was created by Stavros Mastrogiannis, a 24 year veteran of the weight loss field and an authority is sustainable weight loss.

How Our 3D Nutritional Coaching Works

The first step is to schedule a 30-minute nutritional consultation with Stavros.  The consultation can be done at our facility or if you live too far away to come in we can do it over the phone or skype.

At this consultation, you will learn about the 7 eating habits we will help you develop with special emphasis on the first 3.  Stavros will explain everything about these 7 eating habits and how we will help you implement them into your life, so they will eventually become part of your daily habitual behaviors.   

Through our online coaching app which you can download right on your smartphone we will be supporting you during the process of developing these essential eating habits.  Although some initial effort is required to develop these 7 eating habits, once you have developed these habits, very little mental effort will be required to maintain them, thus you will have a very easy time maintain the weight loss you will be achieving through our program.  If you want sustainable weight loss, this is the best way to achieve sustainable weight loss.

First Month:  $65,  (Includes 1, 30-minute nutritional consultation)

All Additional Months: $19 per month.






1 on 1 kickboxing:
Get a personalized approach to learning kickboxing with full contact Muay Thai pad work. This workout is nothing like a kickboxing class.  Making contact with your punches and kicks it’s a lot more fun than simply kicking the air and in addition, it is safer for your joints. This is a full body fun workout that in the process you will learn how to throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as how to blend these techniques for smooth and effective combinations. Martial arts burn more calories than almost any other sport and serves, as a fun and engaging alternative to conventional cardio, stamina, conditioning, and interval training.  Each session is only 30 minutes long but you will get more of a workout out of these 30 minutes than from any regular 60 minute aerobic or kickboxing class.  Our 1 on 1 kickboxing training can be adjusted for any level, from a complete beginner to advance.

Private Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art that is considered by some as the “fountain of youth”. Proven to increase vitality and induce detoxification, rejuvenate the spine, increase flexibility and tone muscles, correct hormonal imbalances, onset relaxation and improve balance, Yoga is an important aspect of a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.

Our trainer Sam Otey has spent years studying the ancient art and the psychological connection between meditation with yoga for a well-balanced life. We created this nontraditional Yoga class to strengthen and balance while also promoting better health and providing an enhancement for all other physical activity. Everyone wants to add years to their life and feel young and rejuvenated, at Live Your Way Thin we do too. This is not your mom’s yoga. We have done all the research for you and have condensed our knowledge into a powerful new way of adding Yoga to your workout.
