For example, counting calories to lose weight is very effective, but can you make it a habitual? The answer is NO. Counting carbs is very effective also, but can you make counting carbs a habitual behavior? The answer again is NO. Long, intense workouts are very effective, but can you make that into a habitual behavior? Again, the answer is NO.
This is why, when you look at weight loss methods that use those types of behaviors to lose weight, 95% of the time, people end up regaining their weight.

The app gives you access to your coach, throughout the week, for any questions or problems you might encounter as you are trying to apply the coach’s advice into your life. If after a month or two you feel you don’t need as many coaching sessions you can change your membership to Level 2.

How much weight can I lose with this coaching program?
Once you develop and make habitual the 7 healthy behaviors, your body will shed all the excess body fat it has, whether that is 10 lbs or 310 lbs. Remember, weight gain is only a side effect of your habits. You fix your habits and your weight will return to where it supposed to be.
Has anyone developed all 7 habits and did not see results?
Absolutely not. 100% of my client who developed, never mind the 7 healthy habits, but the first 4 healthy habits, lost weight and improved their health.
How long do I need to stay on your program?
It all depends on how fast you can adapt the 7 healthy behaviors into your life. Usually it take around 6 months, but I have seen shorter and I have seen longer. What is great about our approach is that once you have lost the weight and improved your health, you will have a very easy time maintaining the results, even without our help.
