Thank you for your interest in my online coaching program.  As you might already know, at Live Your Way Thin we approach weight loss very differently.

Below you will find a short explanation about my online coaching program, how it works and how to join.

Not All Fit People Make a Great Example to Follow

Yes, most fitness professionals have a great body, which demonstrates their ability to help you achieve a nice body if you follow their example.

The question is, can you follow their example?  Can you spend 1, 2, or 3 hours most days exercising? Can you constantly be watching everything you eat, or not being able to eat certain foods, or drastically having to cut down on the amount you eat of a particular food for the rest of your life? In other words, can you make your life mostly about fitness just like most fitness professionals have?  If you can, then follow their example and you will see results and be able to maintain those results.

 

However, if you can't see yourself living like that for the rest of your life, you might want to find a different example to follow because with their example, whatever results you achieve will be temporary.  That is part of why around 95% of people who lose weight end up regaining the weight.  They are following the wrong example.

 

A Better Example to Follow.

Have you noticed how in healthy regions, people don't live the way fit people live in western societies?  In other words, they don't spend hours in the gym, don't count calories, points, or measure their food, and they eat all the carbs they want.  And yet, they maintain their excellent health with no problem while genuinely enjoying life.

 

That is the example Stavros has followed for years, and the results speak for themselves.  He is able to maintain his great shape without having to spend hours working out and without having to watch his diet constantly.  Stavros is almost 50, and besides looking fit, he has the energy of a 20-year-old and hardly ever gets sick, even from the common cold.

No, Stavros does not have the perfect genes, but what it does have is a great approach to getting in shape and staying in shape for life.  He developed this approach over his long fitness career, which started in 1992, and his approach follows the example of healthy regions.   

 

Stavros didn't just study healthy regions; he was raised in one.  He was raised on a Greek island, and when he lived there in the 70s and 80s, thin was the norm, and people lived long, healthy lives free from most diseases that people suffer from today.

With the Live Your Way Thin online coaching program, we will not just teach you about the 5 most critical healthy behaviors for health and weight loss.  Through a unique and practical step-by-step approach, you will learn how to make these 5 behaviors completely habitual and part of your everyday life.

 

Our coaching approach is based on the Kaizen philosophy. Kaizen is an ancient Asian philosophical system on how to apply change into your life if you want the change to last.

 

Kaizen is perhaps the best way to apply new behaviors into your life if you want those behaviors to take root and become permanent and completely habitual.

 

Many very successful people and companies have used Kaizen to implement all the necessary changes to achieve sustainable success. 

 

One of the most famous companies is Toyota. Toyota used the Kaizen philosophy to go from a company that was going bankrupt to one of the top car manufacturers in the world. 

 

With the Live Your Way Thin Online Coaching System, we use the same Kaizen strategy to help our clients adapt and make completely habitual the 5 healthy behaviors.  That enables our clients not just to lose the weight they want and improve their health, but to maintain the results for life!

Besides the 5 healthy behaviors, we will also be helping you make minor tweaks in your lifestyle that could make a big difference in your weight and health.

 

We will help you make all the necessary changes in your daily habitual behaviors through a combination of online coaching sessions and our app.  

For the online coaching sessions, you have a choice between weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions.  The app gives you access to your coach 24/7 for any questions or support you might need between your online coaching sessions.

 

The app also helps you keep track of your progress on each habit, which your coach can also see and give you feedback.

After the First Month.

The hardest part of any fitness program is getting started.  That is why the first month all our Coaching Plans, start with 4 sessions.  We feel that doing 4 coaching session will help you get on the right track.  After the first month your are free to pick  the plan that best fits your needs. 

 

Due to the fact, not everyone needs weekly coaching sessions to stay on track with developing the 5 healthy habitsafter the first month,  we offer 3 different plans.  The only difference between the plans is the number of private coaching sessions you get per month. How to Get Started

To get started, schedule the Free Initial Consultation so we can go over your fitness goals and learn a bit about your current habits and lifestyle.  During this consultation, we will also explain how our coaching program works to ensure it will work for you and you feel right about it.  We don't want anyone to join if they don't feel our approach to sustainable weight loss is right for them.  Of course, there is no obligation to join and absolutely no sales pressure.

If you decide to join, you let us know what equipment you have available so we can customize the workout, to what you have available, and you pick the plan that is right for you.   (If you have no equipment, no problem.  We can customize a full body workout that uses no equipment)

NOTE: Because every single client's program is customized to their needs before we can uploaded on the app, it may take up to 48 hours from the time you join, before we have you up and running.
