Thank you for your interest in my online coaching program.  At Live Your Way Thin because we want to help our client lose weight and get in shape for life, without having to sacrifice all the fun in life and all their favorite foods, we have taken a very different approach to weight loss and better health.

Below you will find a short explanation about my online coaching program, how it works and how to join.

The fact is, nobody has a weight problem; what we have is a habit problem. Weight gain and bad health is only the symptom of our unhealthy habits. If you want to lose weight, get in shape, and not struggle to maintain the results, you must eliminate the unhealthy habits that got you in bad shape and replace them with healthy ones.

 

That is what we will help you do with our online coaching program, and that is why with our approach, you will not just lose weight and improve your health; you will have an effortless time maintaining the results, even when you go on your own.

  • You will be able to lose weight and improve your health without giving up any of your favorite foods. (Proper nutrition has 2 parts.  Part one is "what you eat" and part two is “how you eat”. How you eat affects your weight and health as much as what you eat, but unfortunately, most diets only focus on what to eat.  One of the significant benefits of learning “how to eat” is that your body is more forgiving with what you eat.  Even junk food is not off the menu with this approach)

How Our Coaching System Works

The fact is, the most healthy behaviors will not make any sustainable difference in your life, unless you can apply them in your life and be able to live them.

 

With our online coaching program, we will not just teach you about the 5 most critical healthy behaviors for health and weight loss.  Through a unique and practical step-by-step approach, you will learn how to make these 5 behaviors completely habitual and part of your everyday life.

 

Our coaching approach is based on the Kaizen philosophy. Kaizen is an ancient Asian philosophical system on how to apply change into your life if you want the change to last.

 

Kaizen is perhaps the best way to apply new behaviors into your life if you want those behaviors to take root and become permanent and completely habitual.

 

Many very successful people and companies have used Kaizen to implement all the necessary changes to achieve sustainable success. 

 

One of the most famous companies is Toyota. Toyota used the Kaizen philosophy to go from a company that was going bankrupt to one of the top car manufacturers in the world. 

 

We use the same Kaizen strategy to help our clients adapt and make completely habitual the 5 healthy behaviors.  That enables our clients not just to lose the weight they want and improve their health, but to maintain the results for life!

Besides the 5 healthy behaviors, we will also be helping you make minor tweaks in your lifestyle that could make a big difference in your weight and health.

 

We will help you make all the necessary changes in your daily habitual behaviors through a combination of online coaching sessions and our app.

For the online coaching sessions, you have a choice between weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions.  The app gives you access to your coach 24/7 for any questions or support you might need between your online coaching sessions.

 

The app also helps you keep track of your progress on each habit, which your coach can also see and give you feedback.

The first Month Includes:

After the First Month.

The hardest part of any fitness program is getting started.  That is why the first month all our Coaching Plans, start with 4 sessions.  We feel that doing 4 coaching session will help you get on the right track.  After the first month your are free to pick  the plan that best fits your needs. 

 

Due to the fact, not everyone needs weekly coaching sessions to stay on track with developing the 5 healthy habitsafter the first month,  we offer 3 different plans.  The only difference between the plans is the number of private coaching sessions you get per month. Pick the one the best fits your needs and motivational level:

NOTE: All plans can be canceled at any time by simply emailing or messaging your coach.  We only ask that you give us a 48-hour notice before the next billing cycle.

How to Get Started

​

To get started, schedule the Free Initial Consultation so we can go over your fitness goals and learn a bit about your current habits and lifestyle.  During this consultation, we will also explain how our coaching program works to ensure it will work for you and you feel right about it.  We don't want anyone to join if they don't feel our approach to sustainable weight loss is right for them.  Of course, there is no obligation to join and absolutely no sales pressure.

​

If you decide to join, you let us know what equipment you have available so we can customize the workout, to what you have available, and you pick the plan that is right for you.   (If you have no equipment, no problem.  We can customize a full body workout that uses no equipment)

​

NOTE: Because every single client's program is customized to their needs before we can uploaded on the app, it may take up to 48 hours from the time you join, before we have you up and running.
