About Our OPEN HOUSE

Have you been struggling with losing weight and keeping it off?  I would like to invite you to our OPEN HOUSE Friday (April 5th) between 4 and 6:30 pm.

 

Live Your Way Thin is the oldest Personal Training & Coaching facility in the Greater Danbury area.  We have been in business since 1996 and have helped thousands of people not just lose the weight they want but keep it off easily.

Let’s face it: Although fitness gurus try to help people lose weight and get in shape, they set a very difficult example to follow.

 

Who wants to spend most of their free time working out and constantly being preoccupied with their diet?  Not me and not most people, and this is why our society is losing the weight loss battle.

I found a much better example to follow, which is the example of healthy regions.  Their example is infinitely easier to follow than the example of fitness gurus.

I created The Blue Zone Method based on 4 simple behaviors that all healthy regions share. Developing these 4 healthy behaviors is the key to weight loss that is easy to maintain.

What: Join us for an engaging Open House event at Live Your Way Thin & Healthy!

 

When: Friday, April 5th, from 4 pm till 6:30 pm. (Presentation at 5:30 pm)

 

Where: Live Your Way Thin, 18 Mill Plain Rd, Danbury, CT (Next to the Mill Plain Diner)

 

Who Should Attend: If you have been struggling with losing weight and keeping it off, come and learn about our unique approach to weight loss and health. It works with human nature and is very easy to apply to your life. With our approach, you won’t just lose the weight you want; unlike any other weight loss approach, you will have a very easy time keeping it off.

Presentation:  At 5:30, Stavros, a 30-year veteran of the fitness field, will share his insights in a 30-minute presentation. He will delve into the 3 key reasons why most weight loss programs fail, and how you can achieve sustainable weight loss by simply following the example of healthy regions. Stavros didn’t just study health and fitness; he was born and raised in very healthy regions in Greece.

(At the end of the presentation, Stavros will be available to answer questions)

 

Food & Drinks: Prepare your taste buds for a treat! In addition to some mouthwatering snacks, you'll have the opportunity to savor 3 of Stavros' favorite Greek dishes. These dishes are not only healthy but also incredibly delicious. Stavros will even share the recipes for those interested in recreating these culinary delights at home.
